- The object of this contract is: • Perform maintenance of applications developed in Microsoft ecosystem technology, in particular in: MS Power Platform, Fabric, MS Azure OpenAI, Copilot (artificial intelligence agents) and Azure DevOps. • Provide support to users to resolve level 3 incidents of applications under Microsoft maintenance, aimed at ensuring business continuity. For the purposes of this contract, a level 3 incident will be understood those incidents of high technical complexity that require the intervention of specialists with advanced knowledge of the platform and that cannot be resolved at support levels 1 and 2. They include, among others, critical problems that affect service continuity, errors in the solution architecture, or incidents that require changes to advanced configuration or specific development. • Maintain and update the reports generated by the applications that are the object of the service. • Maintain data governance to ensure unique data and secure access.
