Description of the provision: Given the need for intervention arising in the municipality, to carry out the restoration and consolidation works of Ca l'Amigo de lo Carrero to allocate it to sociocultural space. Consolidation of Ca l'Amigo de Lo Carrero to be used for sociocultural space.In the project of the work, the specific needs are established based on its use and its destination, as well as the characteristics of the existing construction and the applicable legal regulations. The following: The building retains the initial volume of the ground floor, first and second. Sociocultural space, with kitchen and bar area to serve tourists and visitors.The left area (west zone) houses the entrance principal, A staircase nucleus that connects the three floors of the building and a community bath also of the building, and in the first and second floors, apart from executing the slabs and restoring and consolidating the interior walls, only the distributor is conditioned.
