Description of the provision: The subject of this contract is the provision of the Citizen Mediation Service of Olesa de Montserrat, through an open procedure. The Citizen Mediation Service is a municipal resource aimed at all citizens, entities and companies of Olesa de Montserrat in order to stimulate and encourage the parties involved to build, for themselves, a realistic and possible agreement for the resolution of certain conflicts born within the social structure. It is therefore a way complementary and/or alternative to traditional conflict resolution systems in the municipality of Olesa de Montserrat. The principles that must govern the Citizen Mediation Service are: the voluntariness of the parties when using it, the neutrality of the professionals who manage the service, the confidentiality of the process, respect for human dignity, proximity in the territory and the free service.
