- This contract meets the satisfaction of local needs in the exercise of the powers and functions attributed to the municipality by art. 25 and 26 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime. In addition to the mentioned regulations, this contract will be governed by the regulations specified in the Technical Prescriptions Sheet. This object includes the totality of the necessary services, without having been fractionated or reduced in amount, or altered the object of the contract to avoid the application of the general contracting rules. Therefore the purpose of the recruitment, which is justified by the need to comply with the UNE-EN 1176 regulation which specifies the general requirements of safety for the equipment and surfaces of public children's play areas permanently installed is specified in the following needs: - Corrective maintenance of the equipment and other elements included in the municipal play areas - Maintenance of the cushioning surfaces of the municipal play areas - Replacement of elements of the same.
