Description:
On December 28, 2021, the Agreement is signed between the General Administration of the State, represented by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, the Junta de Andalucia, represented by the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Sustainable Development and the Town Councils of Almonte, Burguillos, Guillena, Sanlucar de Barrameda, El Ejido, Roquetas de Mar and Adra for the financing, execution and operation of certain sanitation and purification infrastructures necessary to guarantee compliance with Directive 91/271/EEC (BOE no. 8 of 10 January 2022).
In the second clause of the aforementioned agreement, the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITERD) assumes the drafting of the project and execution of the action "Expansion and improvement of the Burguillos WWTP and collectors. T.M. Burguillos (Seville)". Inside the MITERD The General Directorate of Water is responsible for carrying out actions regarding sanitation and purification.
In accordance with the provisions of the approved Project, and its technical approval, the purpose of the contract is the execution of the works necessary to provide full functionality to the set of elements that constitute the PROJECT FOR GROUPING WASTE AND WWTP OF BURGUILLOS (SEVILLE).
