- Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is to carry out the company that has been awarded the actions and tasks for the adaptation, maintenance and repair of damage and breakdowns of the Social Housing Park and the commercial premises of affordable rent that areowned by the City Council of Sant Pere de Ribes, in accordance with the prescriptions of the specifications of technical conditions and of which it is established in the specification of particular administrative clauses. It is mostly corrective maintenance tasks, but maintenance actions are also includedPreventive linked mainly to technical-legal maintenance. Specifically, the following actions will be carried out: -Repagement of pallet, painting, carpentry and plumbing and all those actions that are included in the bouquet of small works.-Reading and improvement of the ACS facilitiesand heating.of water.-Corrective maintaining the interior network of sanitation and fecal and rainfall, pressure groups, solar panels, water tanks and boilers, among others.
