• Description:
• Description of the provision: Contracting of the operation and management of the Vidreres municipal waste service, subject to the present contract and the technical prescriptions contract. In accordance with the provision contained in article 99.3.b) of the current Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Contracts of the Public Sector (LCSP), the object of the contract does not allow its fractionation into lots, given the integral nature of the nature of its object and the unavoidable need to coordinate the different services to be performed. The object of the contract is: • The management service, exploitation and maintenance of the rubbish dump, including the maintenance and cleaning of the interior and exterior of the rubbish dump and the installations, containers, utensils and devices that make it fit for its purpose. • The management of the reuse and repair space. • Transport and treatment benefits waste to an authorized manager of the Deixalleria waste.
