• Description:
• Description of the service: The object of this contract is the preventive, regulatory and corrective maintenance service of the elevators located in the different municipal facilities. The different buildings and municipal departments incorporate in their installations, lifting devices for people and materials which must be maintained to guarantee optimal and correct operation. The Department responsible for managing this maintenance is the Department of Public Space Management i equipment These Departments do not have specialized personnel on their staff to carry out the maintenance tasks of these devices, therefore these services must be contracted with a specialized and certified company to carry out these tasks. The contract will necessarily include, during its term, preventive and regulatory maintenance tasks for the elevators of the different municipal buildings, which are defined in the PPT, as well as the amount of lifting devices for people and materials. Small corrective maintenance tasks resulting from the replacement and replacement of parts that do not involve a high expense and are included in the maintenance tasks will also be included preventive and regulatory.
