• Description:
• Description of the service: The object of the contract is the provision of the Lila Irisat Point Service in leisure contexts in the public space of Olesa de Montserrat. The purpose of this is to provide information, prevention, detection, care and referral in situation of sexist and LGTBIQ-phobic violence in the municipality's festive events, both night and day, if applicable. The service will be provided from the device or infrastructure, with two professionals in a fixed or traveling space, if if applicable. The object of the contract will also include hours of coordination between the company awarded the service and the technical staff of the town hall; recruitment and insurance costs; and the preparation of a final report that includes the attentions i interventions carried out, an assessment of the space, an inventory of the material and a photographic collection. The companies will provide for the provision of the service in accordance with current legislation, especially Organic Law 1/2004, of December 28, on measures of comprehensive protection against gender violence; Organic Law 10/2022, of September 6, on the comprehensive guarantee of sexual freedom; and Law 5/2008, of April 24, on the right of women to eradicate gender-based violence and subsequent amendments. Likewise, they will comply with the Safety Protocol against Sexual Violence in leisure environments, public space and transport of the Generalitat de Catalunya, to which the Olesa de Montserrat Council adheres.
