Description:
Contracting, through the social agreement modality, of the provision of the specialized social service of support to people with disabilities for the exercise of legal capacity in the province of Seville, when by judicial resolution the foundation or legal entity without intention is designated of concerted profit entity (hereinafter, the "Concerted Entity") for the provision of support measures, because it was not possible to designate a natural person, family member or close friend or other non-profit legal entity that had a relationship with the supported person. For these purposes, the territorial body with powers in matters of social services in Seville will designate the corresponding entity for the performance and acceptance of the position before the judicial authority. The provision of the service will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Technical Prescription Document.
