- Description of the service: The object of the procedure is the contracting of the following services: 1. The selective collection of waste from the five ordinary fractions (organic fraction, packaging, paper/cardboard, glass and other) with the modality: - Door to door of the fractions paper/cardboard, glass, light packaging, organic (includes non-woody vegetable fraction) and fraction remaining from individuals and economic activities through buckets, cones and containers identified with TAG and all the associated tracking technology and the establishment of two-way communication channels with the generators, in those specified municipalities.-Closed areas with private access control through containers and all the associated monitoring technology and the establishment of communication channels two-way communication with the generators, in those specified municipalities. The economic activities of these municipalities will have door-to-door collections. The selective collection service of the 5 fractions also includes the points described in section A of the table of characteristics of the PCAP. 2. Management of the waste fraction transfer plant 3.
