Description of the service: Performance of pyrotechnic shows for the major festivals of Les Masies de Voltregà. Type of contract: Services The defined contract is classified as an administrative service contract in accordance with article 17 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, which transfers the Directives of the European Parliament and the Council to the Spanish legal system 2014/23/UE and 2014/24/UE, of February 26, 2014. Since in the previous year it was possible to verify that for the execution of these shows the figure of the minor contract was used while studying the form of public bidding for this service. Since it is considered that for the purposes of facilitating free competition, the repetition of the use of the minor contract and the absence of planning due in the recurring contractual action, proceed to tender for the service.
