- Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract consists of the contracting of the service that provides and develops care actions of health information and intercultural mediation (patient, health system and healthcare staff), as well as strategies of community mobilization (Accompaniment, strengthening of the Social and Health Support Network, Social Resources Advice, Educational Sessions) aimed at immigrants arriving in Barcelona and suffering from transmissible diseases of compulsory declaration. Being, therefore, the overall goal to improve the Prevention and control of mandatory declaration diseases in immigrant groups, with sustainable public procurement measures.
