- Making available to the Ministry of Health a telephone service platform using intelligent virtual assistants, with certification as a medical device in compliance with the European MDR class IIb regulations. The making available of the The platform will include implementation services, platform configuration, integration with the necessary information systems of the CS, configuration and start-up of the three use cases (demand management in primary care, monitoring of chronic diseases and monitoring of patients upon discharge), scaled deployment in all locations and maintenance of the supplied platform. The telephone service platform using intelligent virtual assistants must include: Configuration services initial platform (implementation and technical and functional start-up), including parameterization of conversational protocols, integration with the corporate information systems of the Ministry of Health and technical validation of the flows care for the three use cases included: addressing demand management in primary care, monitoring complex chronic patients, and monitoring patients upon discharge.
