Description:
Description of the provision: The subject of this Plec is the contract promoted by the City of Sant Pere de Ribes for the provision of the services of exploitation and dynamization of the bar of the sports area of the Municipal Pavilion Miguel Meche Torres de les Roquetes, under the type of concession, and in accordance with the description and requirements contained in the particular technical prescriptions, by which the employer will exploit the service by assuming the transfer of operational risk, in accordance with the provisions of article 15 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, contracts of the contracts Public sector (hereinafter LCSP).
