• Description:
• Description of the provision: The object of the project "Adequation of the Casal del Milà for its legalization" (Lot 1) consists of carrying out the facilities and equipment that are missing in the equipment of the Casal at this moment, in order to be able to legalize correctly the activity of the municipal social center, since it is not properly legalized. In this sense, the facilities and equipment that are missing to be executed in order to be able to legalize the activity, will have to be adapted to the different current regulations and standards. The object of the project "Replacement of the fiber cement roof of the Municipal House" (Lot 2) is the replacement of the existing gable roof, as far as the covering elements (fiber cement) are concerned, with a new one covered with tile-red sandwich panel respecting the support structure and the same slope. Given that the works affect the same property and with the aim of speeding up the procurement procedure since a single tender entails the completion of of fewer administrative procedures, it is considered appropriate to proceed with the contracting of the two works projects together.
