Description of the provision: Contracting of the Control and Prevention Service of the Legionellosis of the Cuba Gardening truck and the Cleaning and Sampling Service (T, PH and Biocida) of the urban irrigation network of the municipality of Barbera del Valles, in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation.Applicable, which together with its CPV coding, is included in section A) of the table of Annex characteristics (Annex 1). The defined contract has the qualification of the contract of services in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP, and is included in Annex IV of identical rule (Social Services, Health and ServicesConnexes), and the applicable legal regime is provided for in the arts. 308 and ss. of the LCSP.A The tender and execution of the contract will govern, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, the specifications of particular administrative clauses and the specifications of technical prescriptions (PPT) (annex)2).
