Description:
The objectives of this contract are: conversion of licenses to S/4HANA; technical assessment, which allows defining the provisioning of environments in the SAP RISE platform for hosting the different services that will be migrated to S/4HANA; support service for licenses migrated to S/4HANA. Licenses that are not migrated will be outside the scope of this contract; adoption of cloud satellite services, offered in SaaS mode, according to the needs of our users; establishment of a channel for the management of incidents and service requests in direct relationship, that is, without intermediaries, with SAP as the infrastructure provider, both on the RISE platform and on the SaaS platform. The DGITC will be owner of that channel against SAP. The purpose of this contract is expressly outside the scope of this contract: the management of incidents and service requests by the contractor through the channel established with SAP, since they will be managed directly by the DGITC. and his collaborators.
