Design, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Mentoring program PRO. This is a new initiative promoted by Barcelona Activa with the aim of offering personalized support to women who want to boost their professional projection and promotion. The program is aimed at women whose vital objective is to grow professionally and who want start a mentoring process to reinforce self-confidence, develop leadership skills and become natural role models in their work environments.
