  Design, edition, layout of the Municioal Bulletin, Printing, Binding of the Municipal Bulletin and delivery, as well as its mailbox and distribution of other publications edited by the City of Majadahonda
  Constitutes the object of this contract:
  1. Design, layout, text composition, photomechanics, paper, impression, binding and graphic production of the
  Municipal Bulletin at the rate of 11 editions a year, with a run of 24,000 copies each number of 40 pages (being able
  be 32 pages depending on the informative volume determined by the City Council press), including the
  covers (cover and back cover) in the ordinary months of January, February, March, April, May, June, July, October and
  November; and up to 52 pages including the covers (cover and back cover) in the months of September and December.
  2. Based on the needs of the service, fulfilling and retractable in the Municipal Bulletin of other elements
  elaborated by The City Council, up to a maximum of twice a year.
  3. Municipal Bulletin Tailor, 11 editions per year, with a run of 24,000 copies each number.
  4. depending on the needs of the City Council, mailboxes of other non -periodic publications or communications than the
  City Council must direct to the residents of the municipality.
