• Description of the service: The object of this contract is the award of a consultancy and research service for the detection of social and community agents in the municipality of Castelldefels. The desire of the Department is to be able to count on a base of data on the social and community agents present in the city, both from entities and collectives, platforms and even individual agents with community potential and requires a support service that does the field work to collect all the information and group it. This fieldwork needs to be designed and structured and it will be necessary to reach citizens through different channels, surveys, interviews or focus groups depending on the type of agent to be approached. The City Council of Castelldefels aims to expand its knowledge about the city's citizens, entities and community agents. To make this possible, it requires specialized support to help design this collection of information and to also execute some of the meeting spaces with entities, groups and citizens through which it can be collected. With all this new information, it will be possible to have a social base of identified agents with which the City Council can establish a link of collaboration for the development of different proposals and programs.
