Development and implementation service of a unified platform of genomic data in La Rioja, as well as its integration with the platform of the Sigen Project of the Ministry of Health. Contract framed in the PRTR. Nextnerationu.
The object of the contract is the development and implementation of a unified platform for the management and processing of genomic data in La Rioja, as well as its Share in the context of the Sigen Project. Specifically, it is intended to hire:
• The advice on the design and configuration of the unified platform of genomic data, adjusting the solution to the particularities of the technological and functional environment of La Rioja.
• The implementation and deployment of This platform, including an accompaniment plan throughout the process.
• The integration of solution contracted with the platform of the Ministry of Health.
• The support, maintenance and evolutionary services of the platform, until the end of the contract.
• Technical and functional training For platform users.
The new platform will integrate generated genomic data, both in the SERIS laboratories, and in the laboratories of the La Rioja Biomedical Research Center (CIBIR).
