- The purpose of the contract includes carrying out new developments and evolutionary maintenance on existing applications or on new applications of the State Agency for Digital Administration. The new developments broadly include the tasks of functional analysis, design technical, code construction and tests that are established. Additionally, general maintenance tasks on these applications are also included.
LOT 1: Development and maintenance services for common services
Includes citizen-oriented services, as well as common services electronic administration
LOT 2: Development and maintenance services for portal services, Citizen Folder, mobile applications and identification and electronic signature systems
It includes all services based on portal technology.
LOT 3: Procedures services personnel and pension management, horizontal applications and peripheral administration.
It includes applications oriented towards the internal management of the Administration, specifically in the areas of personnel management procedures and planning and monitoring of processes and projects, that are part of the Pension Fund Management, as well as in the areas of horizontal applications and Peripheral Administration.
