1.1 Description of the contract object:
This contract is the provision, elaboration and preparation of meals in the facilities of the contractor and the subsequent transport to the facilities of the El Puig Center and the provision of the school dining room of the Carles School by Fortuny d'Esonella, according to the following detail by lots:
• Regarding lot 1 (dining service of the El Puig Center):
The service includes the provision, elaboration and preparation of meals at the facilities of the contractor and the subsequent transport to the facilities of the Centro el Puig with personnel in charge of the contractor, during every working day of the year.
The purpose of the contract is the provision, elaboration and preparation of the daily and balanced menus in the facilities of the contractor company through the cold line and transport system to the facilities of the El Puig Center and with a part -time cooking assistant, during all working days established in the annual service calendar and adjusting to the preferred shifts and dining schedules, for adults with disabilities attended in the center Occupational, for the workers of the Special Employment Center, for the different professionals of the service and other personnel of the Regional Council of El Pla de L'Estany.
