Description:
Description of the provision: For the management of the works, the ACA has established the formation of a Facultative Management team (hereafter DF) which will be made up of the Work Management team (hereafter DO) and the Execution Management team (hereafter DE). The ACA tenders and hires these two teams independently. During all phases of the work to be carried out, the two teams must act in a completely coordinated manner, responding uniquely as DF both in their relations and functions with the Contractor and in communication with the ACA. The coordination of the teams of the DF will correspond primarily to the DO.
