Description of the provision: Local entities must have approved an inventory of their property, as determined by article 222 of the revised text of the Municipal Law and local regime of Catalonia, approved by Legislative Decree 2/2003, of April 28 (TRLMRLC), and article 100 of Decree 336/1988, of 17 of October, which approves the regulation of the heritage of local entities (RPC) .Coltically Article 222 of the TRLMRLC states that local authorities must bring an inventory of their assets, which must understand the assets of public domain and the assets, rights and furniture values, and that This inventory must be the subject of continuous updating, without prejudice to its rectification and verification, which must be done every year, in the first case, and each time the corporation is renewed, in the second. It corresponds to the Plenum of the Corporation the approval, rectification and verification of the inventory. The provisions of articles 102, 103, 104 and 105 of the RPC, the inventory must be updated permanently, rectify annually and check each time the corporation is renewed, and its approval, rectification and verification is the plenary session.
