Description:
The professional commission of this contract includes the writing of the basic and execution projects and the direction of the works of the final phase of the Ferrol University Hospital Complex (Chuf). But, in addition, a basic and execution project of thePrevious works that need to be executed to properly link the new work with the work in execution of the first phase of the Master Plan, as well as to prepare the hospital for the execution of the final phase compatible with the care activity. Previously these projects will be drafted a draft that serves as a basis for developing the project of the final phase of the Master Plan and the project of the previous phase. Each of the projects will define the functional, formal, constructive characteristicsand economic of the works. It will be based on the actions defined in the technical documentation attached to the specifications. However, the SPI Galicia, SA and the entrusting body may request, at any time, the introduction of modifications to the project proposal to adapt to the needsfunctional, economic or other that could arise throughout the contract. These modifications will be mandatory by the contractor. The projects subject to the contract will be developed based on the Chuf Master Plan and the revised functional plan
