PIXEurope will offer a broader range of advanced monolithic PIC platforms (Si, SiN, SiC, InP, AlO and Ge-Si), novel materials integration processes, advanced level packaging processes wafer testing, test procedures, and high-performance reliability analysis, all accessible through easily accessible, standardized design kits. The proposed technological advances will also allow the integration of PIC with EIC for the production of semiconductor systems advanced
