• Description of the service: The object of the contract is the procurement promoted by the Urban Planning area, consisting of the drafting of the basic project for the reform of the works of the future installations of the Social Rights service of the City Council of Parets del Vallès, located in the municipal building on carrer de la Volta, 2 Building H2 2nd floor, including the entirety of this first floor, when sizing the facilities and the functionality of this floor. It will include the drafting of the basic project and health and safety study. Basic project: it is the work phase in which the general characteristics of the work are precisely defined through the adoption and justification of the concrete solutions. This document must justify the constructive, structural and installation solutions of a general type as well as a general definition of the finishing materials. At the same time you will have to consider the generic geometric and architectural definition (with scale plans) and an estimate overall budget. You must also justify, at the basic project level, the energy certification of the project. Its content must be sufficient to apply for the corresponding municipal building license and other authorizations administrative. Safety and health study: Drafting of the corresponding safety and health study to obtain the corresponding license.
