Description:
The object of the contract is the drafting of the Construction Project corresponding to a new Metro station to be implemented in the route reserve planned for line 9 of the Madrid Metro, in the scope of the developments of Los Ahijones and Los Berrocales, municipal area of Madrid. The The project will contemplate the execution of a large station that will satisfy part of the future transport demands of more than 300,000 people who will constitute the population of the six new urban developments of the southeast of Madrid, which, from north to south, are called: Los Cerros, El Cañaveral, Los Ahijones, Los Berrocales, Ensanche de Vallecas and Valdecarros. These actions They will be connected by a large 16 km long boulevard. Along this axis will run a new BRT (Bus Rapid Transit) that will connect at three points with Madrid's existing public transport network. In the planned route reserve for line 9 of the Madrid Metro, it is intended to build, through a great station, one of the connections between the new BRT and the Metro line itself in coordination with the urban planning of the Madrid City Council.
