Description:
Description of the provision: The need that is intended to be satisfied through this contract is the drafting of a construction project that allows the works to be carried out to restore the operability of the bottom drains of the Foix dam. This one recovery responds to the need to adapt the dam to a better safety standard in accordance with the Technical Safety Standards in force from April 2021. Also, the recovery will also allow to equip bodies with more capacity and versatility in the face of the desire to manage lamination guards in a preventive manner. The only organ currently operational allows lowering the level of the reservoir and it is sought to increase this response. Finally, these bottom drain organs too they must allow pulses to be given to the river with greater energy, which will benefit the river morphology, the aquifer and, in a less indirect but very important way, the population due to the higher-than-ordinary flow rate itself.
