Description:
Description of the provision: The object of this minor contract is the contracting of a technical consulting service to write the Acoustic Quality Plan of Lleida, which must be performed: 1- Comprehensive analysis of the Results of Strategic Noise Map (4 phase) and comparative between the Phase 3 and phase 4 results, in order to identify the sensitive facilities and areas of the city with the highest population affected by noise levels from traffic, railway, industry and leisure. Urban to intervene, depending on the degree of affect, and description of the main measures to be taken in the next 5 years in the municipality in order to improve the acoustic quality at the prioritized points, with an estimate of the economic costs for the execution for each of them. 3- Proposal. of action on the new areas to be urbanized following acoustic criteria that guarantee the optimum sound thresholds. 4- A participatory process in order to present the proposals for action and collecting and proposals for improvement of the plan.
