Establishment of a Dynamic Procurement System (SDA) for the subsequent bidding of specific contracts for the supply of the chemicals and reagents necessary for the treatment and production of water suitable for human consumption in EMASESA. It is, therefore, a single category of products, divided into ten lots, but with the option of expanding additional ones as indicated in article 5 of the Particular Technical Prescription Specifications.
