• Description of the provision: Framework agreement for approval of suppliers for the supply of software licenses and Salesforce manufacturer services for the entities that make up the purchasing group. Establish the legal and economic regime applicable to the agreement framework for the approval of suppliers for the provision, in the form of rental or subscription, of Salesforce software licenses for educational, teaching, non-profit research and administrative uses, as well as services directly associates of the manufacturer, for the entities that participate. In the scope of this Framework Agreement, the following uses will be understood: For teaching use when the software is used to teach or carry out practices at the Entity's facilities. For educational use when the software is used by students to carry out internships at the entity and outside the Entity's facilities. For its use for non-profit research when the software is used by the Entity to perform tasks of non-profit research.
