Includes the following services: Preparation of a prior study of the state of conservation of the works with the corresponding graphic and photographic documentation.•Periodic removal of the accumulated surface dirt.•Preparation of records for monitoring the state of conservation with the graphic and photographic documentation corresponding.•Maintenance or replacement, if applicable, of the pedestals of the sculptures when they require it.•Change in the presentation system of the work, if applicable.•Specific preventive or curative conservation interventions, in case they are coming from.•Annual report on the state of conservation.
