• EC 2026 72 Carrying out the audit, on the one hand, of the management systems of the intermediate management body (OIG) of FEMPA-Catalunya and, on the other hand, of the management and control system of the intermediate management-control body (OIGC) that performs the supervision on the OIG to guarantee that the declared expenses are legal and regular, from FEMPA-Catalunya. Description of the provision: Carrying out the audit, on the one hand, of management systems of the intermediate management body (OIG) of FEMPA-Catalunya and, on the other on the other hand, of the management and control system of the intermediate management-control body (OIGC) that supervises the OIG to guarantee that the declared expenses are legal and regular, of FEMPA-Catalunya. The audit will have to be carried out in the terms which are set out in the Particular Administrative Clauses and Technical Prescriptions. The opinion will be based on the principles of integrity, impartial presentation, professional diligence, confidentiality, independence and approach based on the evidence
