Description of the provision: The object of this specification is to carry out the technical assistance for the deployment of the Mobility Master Plan (PDM): Strategic initial document (DIE), which includes the following tasks that are detailed in the particular technical prescriptions (PPT): 1.Introduction and context of the PDM, with particular mention of the results of the work carried out by the ATM so far.2.The die will deepen the territorial and mobility model of the Camp de Tarragona, starting with the work already done to end up making an environmental diagnosis of the mobility system of the field of field. Tarragona.3. Preliminary evaluation of environmental risks linked to mobility. Preliminary of the main mobility runners of Camp de Tarragona.6. Establish the environmental objectives of reference.7.Fer a proposal of follow -up indicators.8.Description of zero alternative and indication and evaluation of possible Alternatives to achieve the best proposal.9. A sketch of head where the proposals can go of Futur.
