Description of the provision: Advisory Service to prepare an Action Plan of the Economic Promotion and Education Area of the City Council of Terrassa This main purpose: • Adapt to the changes in business paradigm. • Improve the speed of response to the citizen and tissueBusiness. Optimizationof its presence in the different governing bodies. • Define a new structure of relationships within area 5, and between it and the agents • Business, promoting more efficient interactions. • Establish management indicators that allow to evaluate the effectiveness of the newStructure. • Setting the foundations for having an observatory in the field of economic promotion. The work to be performed by the consultant will include: • Phase of data collection and interviews with those responsible for the different services. • Diagnosis of the current state of the services. • Elaboration ofProposals for improvement. • Study and proposal for the reform of the organizational structure, including objectives and indicators of monitoring. • Development of a preliminary strategy for creating an observatory in • promotionEconomic.
