Description:
Description of the provision: The purpose of this contract is to provide the Alt Penedes County Council with external technical assistance for the provision of the writing service of the Alt Penedes Regional Cyclability Plan (hereinafter, PCC). The aspects included in the contract are: -The elaborationand drafting of the regional cyclability plan, in a rural territory. This plan must include an analysis of existing infrastructures, proposals for improvement, an awareness plan for people and incorporate a gender perspective to guarantee equality of access and use.and management of the meetings with the involved bodies: interested associations, companies in the cycling sectors, etc.Development of the works.- Include the analysis of cycling mobility from a gender perspective.- And those detailed in administrative folds and in the specifications of prescriptionsTechniques.
