- The purpose of this contract is the planning, preparation, organization and execution of the programming of cultural, artistic, recreational and educational activities that will be developed both in interior spaces (cultural centers, schools, and other buildings and facilities of the district), As in open outdoor spaces (streets, squares and parks of the district, leisure and free time environments, such as the Daoiz and Velarde Square or the Park of Rome, among others), forming a varied offer that encourages an optimal enjoyment of the leisure among the child and adolescent population of the district. The service consists in the completion of the various activities organized from the Municipal Board of the Retiro District, at the proposal of the Department of Education, whose headquarters chairs the Infancy and Adolescence Participation Commission (copy), and whose proposals and suggestions They will be valued and carried out in the development of this contract.
