• The municipality has been divided into two lots, following a central north-south axis, coinciding with the center of the main urban core, parallel to the division created by the train tracks in the northern area, so that both sectors have distributed the same approximate number of luminaires, typologies and solutions:
  - Lot n1- West Zone
  - Lot n2- Eastern Zone
  In each lot, the purpose of this contract is to transfer the use and exploitation of the municipality's outdoor public lighting installations to an Energy Services Company (hereinafter, the ESE) to cover benefits.
  Energy services of the exterior lighting of the Cartagena City Council - LOT 1 West Zone
  Transfer the use and exploitation of the exterior public lighting installations of the
  municipality in the western zone to an Energy Services Company (hereinafter, the ESE) to cover the benefits.
