• The purpose of the contract is the supply of electrical energy to the facilities and offices under the ownership of the CITY COUNCIL OF HERENCIA, in order to guarantee their operation and the provision of municipal public services. Said supply of Energy must be of 100% renewable origin, favoring the transition to a low-carbon economy, and be executed in accordance with social and environmental criteria, in compliance with Directive 2012/27/EU, of October 25, 2012, and in coherence with the CITY COUNCIL's commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. Likewise, and in accordance with the provisions of article 99.2 of the LCSP on the plurality of differentiated services, the contract must include an integrated energy management that allows digital monitoring of consumption and billing, facilitating the assessment and implementation of measures that improve energy efficiency, and thereby contribute to the responsible and sustainable use of energy. public resources.
