Description:
Description of the provision: This contract for public works aims to execute the environmental restoration project of a section of the Moli ravine. Renauleus - Action B1.1., Initially approved by Decree of the Delegate Councilor of the Environment, Sustainability and Public Road dated July 4, 2025, and approved definitively by decree of the accidental mayor dated August 5, 2025.This contracting is subject, in any case, to the fulfillment, execution and completion of the milestones and objectives set in the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, in accordance with conformity. With the decision to execute the Council regarding the approval of the evaluation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Spain (Council implementing decision-cid) and will be subject to the full application of the procedures and control established by the MRR of the EU and other regulations applicable to the Management, monitoring and control that is established by the PRTR, as well as the specific obligations regarding information and advertising, the verification and the other imposed by the regulations of the European Union. Milestone control mechanisms and objectives are inherent in tasks that They correspond to the person in charge of the contract and director of the works. The Awarding and subcontractors are obliged to comply with the provisions of this PLEC in relation to the Financing Next Generation EU.
