Description:
The Almeria Solar Platform has a Computer Science and Communications department that provides computer services to different units necessary for its operation, such as data storage, applications, databases, network services, etc. To do this, use a series of DELL PowerSwitch S5248F-ON brand Ethernet switches and a DELL PowerStore brand storage array. These teams are responsible for providing service to the different projects and users, storing data and maintaining connectivity between the different PSA facilities.
Given the importance of these computer services, the equipment needs to be permanently in optimal operating conditions, which is why it is necessary to have a maintenance and technical support service that guarantees its full operation at all times, according to the specifications of the manufacturer, in order to prevent and deal with breakdowns, replace original components, configure changes and updates.
