- Essential maintenance service of the SISPECAN software and the technical infrastructure of the Canarian Employment Service It is divided into two lots Lot 1 Maintenance and support of the SISPECAN software Lot 2 Maintenance and exploitation of infrastructure technique of the Canarian Employment Service It constitutes the services necessary to respond to new needs that can be resolved by evolving the existing software, correct errors and problems detected in the software, adapt the software to changes in its operating environment, carry out preventive tasks with the aim of minimizing the appearance of errors and problems in the applications that make up the system, consulting tasks necessary to support the functional and technical definition of the indicated maintenance work and functional and technical support activities. This service will be provided through a pool of hours and fixed equipment, both with predetermined profiles and sizing. Maintenance and operation of infrastructure SCE technique It includes the services aimed at exploiting and operating the platform, guaranteeing the update, security, availability, performance, continuity and scalability of the infrastructure and the services that operate on it, as well as providing support for infrastructure analysis, planning and design tasks.
