Description of the provision: The granting of the private exploitation of the kiosk located in the University Square, s/n of Canet de Mar, in accordance with the specifications of technical prescriptions and the specifications of particular administrative clauses. The purpose is to provide the service of sale of meals and beverages To the general public. The venue does not have a kitchen space or smoke output, so it is only expected to sale to the public of pre -cooked dishes, tapas, cold sandwiches and all kinds of drinks, ice cream, snacks, etc. It is expected that the kiosk can be modified to install a Cooking equipment, with the installation of a smoke outlet, to be able to make cooked meals, prior authorization of the City Council.The contracting to be made is typified as an administrative concession for the private use of a public domain good, in accordance with the provisions of the articles 93 of Law 33/2003, of November 3, on the Heritage of Public Administrations, 218 of Legislative Decree 2/2003, of April 28, which approves the revised text of the Municipal Law and local regime of Catalonia, and 59 of Decree 336/1988, of October 17, which approves the Regulations of the Regulations.
