- Description of the service: The aim of the works is the construction of two emergency areas for the municipal waste collection and transport service in the municipalities of Bellpuig and Seana, given that the City Council is in the process of processing for the implementation of a new municipal waste collection system, towards the collection model called "door to door". This new collection model for domestic waste makes it necessary to provide the municipality with areas called emergency in order to to provide service for collections that could not be delivered within the established timetables, providing the service for situations defined as emergencies on a timely basis.
