Description Descriptionof the provision: Execution of the work corresponding to phase 1 of the construction project of a regenerated water treatment system and the distribution network for the irrigation of green areas, in the municipality of Sitges. The Essential project contemplates, in accordance with art. 168.e) of the LCSP, the possibleAdditional similar works, adjusted to this project, which will subsequently be tendered through negotiated procedure without advertising. The possibility of using this negotiated procedure without advertising will be indicated in the bidding announcement of this initial contract, havingIt takes into account the additional works for calculating the estimated value of the contract. This contract is included in the project "Tourist Sustainability Plan of the Sitges - PSTD Sitges Destiny", co -financed through the Next Generation EU funds, in particular within the Sustainability Plans Program.Tourist in Destinations (PSTD) Extraordinary call 2023, promoted by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, within the framework of the funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, and which will be financed thoroughly in the recovery and resilience mechanism....
