Description:
The purpose of this contract consists in the execution of the works corresponding to the "project to improve the water efficiency of the irrigation community of the Picavea Macias Canal (Valladolid)". The aforementioned construction works will be executed according to the execution project Approved by resolution of the General Directorate of Rural Development, Innovation and Agrifood Training of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food, dated May 28, 2025 (https://nube.seiasa.es/index.php/s/dtbgcioetq4insk), as well as the conditions that, where appropriate, could Establish the competent administrations and entities for the granting of the permits, authorizations and licenses necessary for the construction, commissioning and exploitation of the facilities.
