Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the execution of the works corresponding to a action provided for in the current hydrological planning. Specifically, the action subject to this report is provided in the heading with the A2.056 Code Compensatory Measures for the Improvement Project for theCollector of brine in the middle of the program of measures of the Management Plan of the District of Fluvial of Catalonia (2022-2027) approved by Decree 91/2023, of May 16, which makes the budget provided for this action in the planning, it is indicated with the writing of the writingConstructive project When the action is defined in detail and the cost can be defined.
